Hi Donna,

Thanks to you and everyone there at Blue Ridge Trailers.  The new trailer is GREAT and I'm having lots of fun setting it up and getting it ready for its first "voyage."

It was a pleasure to work with everyone there.  I got so much information every time I came in that I really felt like I knew what I was doing with the trailer when I drove it away the other day.  We had an easy but VERY LONG trip back -- managed to hit some hideous traffic in Leesburg that made the trip much longer than it should have been.  Oh well.  So worth it to have this beautiful trailer!

Thanks again,

I just wanted to thank all of you for all the help in finding the exact type of trailer I was looking for!  I had been in at the end of May looking for a trailer to haul my horses on a 300 mile trip.  I spoke with Brian that day and told him a generalization of what I was looking for.  Unfortunately, you didn't really have anything in my price range at that time.

But about 2 weeks later, I got a call back from him...the same day that the lady put the trailer on consignment!!!  In a way, I was very surprised that he remembered me, and what I said that I was looking for.  But, that is what happens with very nice, personalized service.

He called me on Wednesday; Friday, I went to look at it, and drove it home!  Exactly what I wanted and needed...and more!!!  The gentleman that did the inspection and replaced the tires was also very helpful. He explained things very thoroughly to me and offered some very useful insight.  Everybody was so very nice and friendly to me, and this has got to be one of the most positive buying experiences that I've ever had.

I pulled the trailer twice over the weekend, and barely knew it was back there.  It pulls like a dream.  I'm so very happy with the whole experience.  When people ask me where I got it, and several have, I proudly tell them Blue Ridge.

THANK YOU SOOOOOO VERY MUCH!!!!   I love the trailer and the experience!!!

Clay,

Thanks again, I am very happy with the trailer and the service from Blue Ridge. I'm spreading the word up here in New York to my friends that may be shopping for a trailer. It was a pretty easy ride home and the trailer pulled great. I hauled a pony in it yesterday and it was fantastic!!!

Thanks again!

Hi Clay!

Thanks for checking in. We used the trailer this weekend for a show in Warrenton and it worked out great. Easy to drive, and thank goodness you convinced us to get the water tank out on — given the heat and sun on Saturday, it was a godsend. Thanks for taking such good care of us, Clay!

All the best and hope to see you soon riding!

Hi there Dream Coach,

I was just chatting with Tony about some lights I need and, when he heard me singing the praises of my Dream Coach, he suggested I drop you a line.

Mine is maybe three years old and it is phenomenal.  I have a gooseneck, three-horse with custom configuration (two straight stalls and one front slant) and it is super sharp.  It has been sturdy as well as stylish, and pulls beautifully.  Wouldn't have any other brand.

Yours fondly,

Kevin Whitney

PS - One of my horses was a multiple national champion this year -- United States Dressage Federation (USDF) Horse of the Year at both 3rd level and 4th levels, plus several regional championships.  Picture attached.  If you want a name-carrying sponsoree, let me know!

Donna, I sat in your office and watched you work with several different people, including the person who came in with the proposal for your new road sign.  You often told people what you liked about them or their work, and thanked them often.  That is a wonderful trait, I don't see that as much as I'd like to see it.  I was impressed.  You deserve a lot of success and I hope you are getting it in your business, and personal life too.

I love the trailer, thanks for your advice and guidance.

I met Ginger at the FHC walk and talk, and enjoyed meeting her.

Subject: My new trailer

Hey Donna,

I just wanted to let you all know how happy I am with my new Hawk horse trailer. I also wanted to let you know why I chose to purchase my Hawk trailer from you. As you know, I was looking at used Hawks all over the east coast. I called you at Blue Ridge to ask a question regarding pricing for used Hawks and what to look for when inspecting a used trailer. You could not have been any nicer. You emailed me a list of things to watch out for when purchasing a used trailer and not once did anyone try to sell me a trailer from Blue Ridge. It was a wonderful change not to have anyone be pushy or try to sell you anything they can. That is what sealed the deal. Right when I got off the phone with you I looked up your website and found a trailer from Blue Ridge that I wanted. It was more than I originally wanted to spend but I knew that with the outstanding customer service buying a trailer from you all would be worth a few thousand dollars extra!! I called you the next day and voila! I now have my dream trailer!!! I also wanted to thank you again for staying open late so I could pickup my horse trailer.

Thanks for everything,

Emily Bassett

I wanted to let you know just how much we have enjoyed our custom trailer...
I have used it sooo much...

It has came in very handy for carrying 3 ponies. We have used it all summer going to shows!
Last Sunday--I had a premature foal born to a small pony and I used the front box stall to take them to the hospital ( they are home now & fine -but initially there was a huge milk problem)...

In case you get anyone else that is considering the custom arrangement that we did--i would be glad to tell them how much I love mine.

OH--and the other thing that I really love -- and its because I am here alone a lot---is that when I get home--I use the side ramp to unload and I can do it myself-- ... doesn't require another person to unload the stallion -  with the side ramp!! Love Love Love it!

I only thing I miss is my tack room... But my tow vehicle would not support that length of trailer.    I think I will always want a side ramp now with my pony babies!

Thanks Donna  for helping us customize a trailer that matches up with what we needed!

Hi Donna,

Just an update.....yesterday we went on our first official trailer ride and it was perfect! Lefty walked right on like it was nobody's business. I could tell that he was looking out the windows and seemed to be very comfortable. I am so pumped!

We left the trailer hooked up so other people could practice loading their horses and everyone was very impressed with how well their horse handled this trailer, thanks for selling such a great product.

We rec'd our tag yesterday.....just in time for our road trip to NJ this weekend to pick up the new boy, very exciting.

Thanks again,

Dear Donna,   Have really enjoyed my Dreamcoach trailer. The hounds are traveling in style. They eagerly load anticipating their Penthouse view and with plenty of room for everyone. The removable bench is great for cleaning and allows the shy hound a place of  security. I love transporting horses, hounds, and riders all together!   Hope to see you this fall.

Thank you again so much for making this such a pleasant experience. The trailer hauled beautifully behind the truck.....we were very impressed.

Lefty walked right on no problem but of course he did walk off. I took him back on and he just stood there and ate some hay, I've never seen him that content on a trailer. So my question is at what point do hook up the butt bar? I guess I am afraid that if he tries to back and he hits his butt I don't want him to feel trapped and freak him out. Let me know what you think.

Thank you again,

Tiffany

Also amazing news about my horse and the trailer. I loaded another horse onto the trailer first and hooked that first horse up, then loaded  Lefty. He was perfect, we did up the butt bar and the ramp with no issue! Gave lots of praise and made him stand there for a bit then unloaded him. Some time this week we'll go for a drive up the road and back. I figure I won't ever be trail riding by myself so he'll always be trailered with another horse (since no one else that boards there has trailers) why make it more stressful than it needs to be. Once he starts getting the hang of it even more I'll start loading him first. Thank you again so much Donna, this trailer is PERFECT for my boy, and the other horses seem to appreciate it too.

I gave Rich and Debbie Troutman your business card and there is another couple at the barn Mickey and Sam (Mickey owns a work trailer from you...he works for Coleman Adams) that were interested. Hopefully we'll be able to send some business your way.

I Just had the most fabulous week-end camping in my new Hawk! We camped, slept soundly through torrents of rain at Broadview Ranch in Lexington, VA. The trailer pulled great over all the mountains and back roads. We took 2 horses and filled the stud stall with coolers and other essentials. We hung our clothes up and actually looked sharp going to dinner in Lexington! Love my Hawk!

P.S.

You should look up broadviewranch.com or .net. They must haven 30 jumps of every description and size and over 1000 acres of beautiful trails.

Subject: THANK YOU!

Hi Donna and Rob,

THANK YOU !!! for working over the holidays to make the conversion panels for my horse trailer. Finn rode to Florida in style and extreme comfort and luxury. In fact, he was so comfortable (which I could tell since I watched him on the video the entire trip) that near the end of the rip we actually stopped at a rest stop to sleep for an hour. Hadn’t planned on doing this at all, but since he couldn’t have been happier and was safe and had been able to move around during the trip we knew it wouldn’t hurt him at all. He walked off the trailer after 20.5 hours looking as if he could walk right into the show ring!

Your advice on the water tank was excellent. At every gas stop we gave him some extra water (he had a bucket in front of him the entire way down) and wetted a little hay for him to snack on while we were stopped. What a difference that made! Couldn’t even imagine doing a trip like this without the water tank.

I am so thankful that I stumbled on your business driving home from Keswick 2 years ago. The trailers are safe, safe, safe and very comfortable and even meet the standards of our barn manager! They are also beautiful, pull effortlessly (even up a hill in the mud), and are very convenient. Best of all has been your service. From helping me out – or at least being willing to – this summer when my trailer wasn’t yet ready and I hoped to go the NC to show, to making those fantastic conversion panels… the service has been THE BEST!!

I will refer all my friends that are in the market for trailers to you and when I get the place in Florida and need to haul all the horses down, I will be back for a 4 horse trailer!

Happy New Year,

Jody
